According to a survey by Campspot, an online marketplace for family campgrounds,
cabins, glamping, and RV places, 2024 will be about slowing down and spending time in nature.
Campspot reported to Travel + Leisure that almost 3,000 Campspot customers across North America were surveyed from June 27 to July 5,
2023, and found that after a year of fast-paced, bucket-list-focused travel, travelers are
“feeling drained and disconnected from the essence of the destinations they visit.”
One in three respondents are anxious about economic instability in 2024, while over 70% of tourists want “a sense of calm and relaxation on their trips in 2024.”
